Experienced Building Manager needed for a 7-floor luxury office building in London.
You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the building, creating strong relationships with all tenants whilst ensuring the management, security, and smooth running of the building.
Working for a commercial property company, with a growing portfolio of serviced office space across Central London, you will be joining the largest building in their portfolio, in the heart of Mayfair.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
