Your duties and responsibilities as a Senior Facilities Manager:
The Senior Facilities Manager is to support the management and provision of hard and soft facilities services including but not limited to compliance, hard and soft services, building maintenance, estate management, financial management of service charges and line management of the Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager and Facilities Co-Ordinator roles.
Your role as a Senior Facilities Manager is to support the FM delivery at a site in London and be on site 5 days per week.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing various FM services to the business, its staff and its visitors, and supporting the Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in managing the relationship between the core business and the FM providers.

The chosen Project Manager will be working within Commercial and Residential projects on refurbishments/extensions, new build residential projects or high-end residential refurbishments that value from £2m to £35m.
A new role of Contracts / Projects Manager has arisen, predominantly working on public sector housing and external works projects.
The position will involve working closely with the Head of Construction and site operations team to deliver multiple ongoing projects from start to finish.
The candidate must have proven experience of delivering projects on scale, on time and on budget.
