Due to an increase in business, we require an experienced Finance Assistant to take an important role in the day to day running of the finance department across our group.
Duties to include
Sales ledger control ensuring cash received and allocated in a timely manner.
Purchase ledger control ensuring the purchase to pay process runs efficiently, daily invoicing.
I am assisting a long standing client with their recruitment as they require an Admin Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
This role encompasses a variety of tasks including managing correspondence and assisting with special projects.
To be successful in the role, you will be a detail-oriented Administrator who has the ability to provide comprehensive administrative support to office staff through email and telephone communication.
