Day to Day of the role
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for partners and senior staff.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our 2 key senior leaders in the organisation.
Reporting to the Office Manager and operating as part of a small team of EA's, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.
This is a full-time role and will be based in the office 5 days per week.
The Cleaning and Facilities Assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe environment for all the pupils, staff and visitors here at our centre.
Key responsibilities will include carrying out routine and one-off cleaning tasks, conducting Health and Safety checks, organising classroom resources, replenishment and ordering of supplies and acting as a point of contact and host for suppliers and deliveries.
How will you contribute to the team
Experience of undertaking a range of general cleaning duties The desire to work flexibly using your own initiative with minimal supervision The ability to perform tasks of a physical nature including twisting and stooping A strong team player Experience of keeping accurate records and reports The ability to work in a pressured environment and prioritise tasks effectively Knowledge of Manual Handling and Health & Safety regulations Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel Some experience of working in a SEND setting would be an advantage.
