Personal Assistant
A well-established professional services firm in the Redhill area is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support their partners and enhance operational efficiency. Day to Day of the role:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for partners and senior staff.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and client events.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoicing.
- Conduct market research, gather data, and compile relevant information.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Maintain a polished and professional demeanor.
