Main responsibilities will be
Maintain monthly and quarterly bookkeeping records to ensure financial information is up-to-date.
We are hiring a Buying Assistant to join our successful Buying team.
The role is varied and you will be involved in the running of weekly reports, analysis and communicating this back to your colleagues across the business.
You will have the opportunity to have an impact on the buying opportunities across our stores, websites and ultimately the growth of the business.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm
The Directorate PA will provide a full and comprehensive administrative service to the Head of Operations/Directorate Management Team and manage and co-ordinate the administration in the Secretariat, ensuring the most efficient and effective use of resources.
