Role Objectives
To provide sales, administrative and marketing support effectively and efficiently to the Manager and Residential Sales team and to provide the highest level of customer service.
To work pro-actively to assist both the Agency and the Management team to grow the company's market share, property stock levels and to continue to raise the Company's profile across all sectors of the business.
As an Accounting Relationship Manager responsible for the delivery of the A&S financial targets for designated Business Units, through building and maintaining excellent relationships with Accounting Teams and relevant Stakeholders.
Responsible for managing the accounting relationship with designated key clients, acting as a focal point for queries and escalated matters from the Accounting Team and Stakeholders.
To maximise cash flow to meet client settlement requirements, reduce exposure and enhance customer service.
