We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for our client expanding in Jersey.
Role Overview: You will support the Relationship Manager by maintaining client relationships and ensuring seamless operations. This involves executing client instructions, managing transactions, and delivering top-notch service to enhance revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Execute client instructions, coordinating with Banking Operations.
- Manage transactions (deposits, payments, FX, securities) accurately and timely.
- Provide personalised service through regular client interactions.
- Prepare account opening documents and facilitate onboarding.
- Identify and refer cross-selling opportunities to the Relationship Manager.
- Monitor client accounts and transactions for compliance.
- Support relationship-building activities to increase business.
Qualifications:
- Experience in front office client support, ideally in banking/trust services.
- Knowledge of Banking, Custody, FX, and Credit.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong risk awareness and compliance focus.
