This role encompasses various responsibilities, including supporting the Property Manager with Maintenance, inspections, rent chasing, check in/outs and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs for properties.

My client, a highly leading and successful Multi-tenanted Luxurious Accommodation are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Assistant Manager to come on board and assist the Community Manager in the day to day running of this development in Nine Elms, which includes 894 Apartments, multiple amenities and 2 swimming pools.
Permanent - Mon Fri 8am 5pm or 9am 6pm
Daily tasks include
Responsible for viewing activities ensuring that the Property meets the required Company standards, follow up calls are carried out and feedback is received.
