Assistant Property Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Support Property Management portfolios
- Check deal files are accurate and uploaded
- Arrange pre and end of tenancy works
- Ensure all compliance documents are up to date
- Respond to queries promptly
- Conduct property inspections
- Liaise with contractors and tenants
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience within a customer service based role.
Training & Development:
