Lettings/Property Management Assistant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our client's team as a Lettings/Property Management Assistant. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including supporting the Property Manager with Maintenance, inspections, rent chasing, check in/outs and renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs for properties.
- Monitor rent payments and manage arrears.
- Conduct property inspections and communicate findings.
- Assist in rent adjustments and negotiations.
- Coordinate tenant check-ins/check-outs and ensure compliance.
- Provide comprehensive support to Property Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Circa £24,000 - £28,000 PA
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday per month 10am-2pm
