Reporting the Property Accounts Manager, the Senior Property Accountant will be leading and developing the property accounts team and ensuring the department delivers an effective service to the business, managing the Service Charge accounts for a mixed portfolio of properties, including Industrial, Retail and Residential sites.

The is a full service, West Midlands practice which has a favourable reputation for its work and how it goes about it and has a conveyancing team spread across its office network, that deals with locally referred and repeat work, as well as matters on a national basis.
To manage allocation of work in accordance with priorities, ensuring that assessments, care plans and reviews are implemented where required and ensure that all statutory timescales are met
To have full responsibility for the delivery of services to children, young people, their families and carers, in line with legislation, guidance and local policy and procedures.
To make highly complex decisions relating to social service provision for children, young people and their families within Dudley.
