Maintain the HR Trackers to reflect correct data on employees.
Process and prepare letters and reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluations etc).
Manage a number of periodic and time critical processes.
Working with our client based in a school, you will join the newly established HR team to help build an efficient and effective HR operational service to the wider Education Trust.
Reporting directly to HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding procedures, and more.
We're looking for a Temporary HR Administrator for around 3 months with the possibility of a permanent role.
