Reporting to the office manager as sole receptionist, your duties will include meeting and greeting, answering of calls, overseeing meeting rooms.
In addition, you will be the team assistant for the investment team as well as supporting the office manager to aid the smooth running of this busy office.
This role has a starting salary of £18,508.82 per annum for working 35 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year (equivalent to £13.77 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay).
This role is based at St Joseph's School.
Though you will only work during term time, you will be paid a salary every month including school holidays.

Job Overview
As a Lettings Progressor, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth progression of tenancies from initial offer to move-in, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibility for analysis of income, production of gift aid schedules, all aspects of the purchase ledger, ownership of petty cash, and supporting with month end postings and procedures for both the Charity and the Trading company.
