Position: Property Manager
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Role Essentials:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in property management or a related field
  • A personal vehicle and valid driving license are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in IT and computer literacy, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks.
  • A commendable telephone manner, facilitating clear and professional communication.
  • Expertise in email correspondence, showcasing your ability to connect and convey information effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
  • Dealing with rent insurance/eviction claims
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as necessary, liaising with contractors and service providers.
  • Registering deposits and handling end of tenancy disputes between landlord and tenant
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any issues requiring attention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate the leasing process, including screening potential tenants, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Being pro-active in chasing arrears and management issues, whilst updating both tenants and landlords on such issues.
