Position: Property Manager
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Role Essentials:
- A minimum of one year's experience in property management or a related field
- A personal vehicle and valid driving license are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in IT and computer literacy, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks.

- Expertise in email correspondence, showcasing your ability to connect and convey information effectively.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of property management.
- Strong writing skills coupled with good comprehension, essential for crafting clear and concise documents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
- Dealing with rent insurance/eviction claims
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as necessary, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Registering deposits and handling end of tenancy disputes between landlord and tenant
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any issues requiring attention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate the leasing process, including screening potential tenants, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Being pro-active in chasing arrears and management issues, whilst updating both tenants and landlords on such issues.
