We are seeking an Estate Services Manager to work on-site at a large business and science community in Oxfordshire, alongside the site-based client and facilities management team.
This role will be pivotal in managing service charges, building compliance, contractor management, and occupier queries, supporting the overall operations of the estate.
Key responsibilities include
Oversee day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring a positive image is maintained across all managed buildings.
This role is part of a team of staff responsible for ensuring that the buildings managed as part of the Corporate Landlord function (currently in excess of 140 buildings) are fit for purpose and meet minimum legal and corporate requirements in terms of Health and Safety.
