Do you have at least 3 years plus experience in Billings, Accounts Receivables, Sales Ledger or Credit Control?
We are in need of immediate experienced Billings Assistants, Accounts Receivables/Sales Ledger Clerks and Credit controllers Clerks for a client of ours looking to expand their teams.
Additionally, you will support the team by managing incoming calls, handling general administrative duties, and assisting with our anti-money laundering processes.
You will be responsible for various tasks, including serving as the welcoming presence of our office and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors.
As an Office Coordinator/Administrator, you will play a crucial and valued role in our diverse team.
Hiring an all-rounder Accountant for a 3 month contract (could extend).
This role is based in West London with 3 days in the office.

Preparation of management accounts on a timely basis, ready for review by the Financial Controller, including initial analytical review and variance analysis.
