Roles and responsibilities
To undertake preliminary investigation and repair of defect reports, (e.g.
plumbing, electrical, building/carpentry, general repairs), or making safe and reporting clear information to the relevant supervisor, or University Estates Department for further action via verbal or electronic means on a daily basis.
