Job Title: Associate HR Business Partner
Location: Uxbridge - Onsite
Pay Rate: £21.70
Contract Details: ASAP - March 2025 (Potential of being extended)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team to provide comprehensive support in various HR functions
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programmes
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organising team-building activities and events
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practises, ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture
