Main Statement of responsibilities
The main focus of the role will be around the development of Student Living webpages and the ResLife Ambassadors Programme.
2 x Customer service advisors required to handle incoming calls in relation to Electoral Roll and the general election.
To provide professional and courteous customer service to LBH residents and partner organisations; actively supporting the Council's aim to resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently at first point of contact.
Calls will be on how to register, postal votes, polling stations etc.
To provide excellent advice and information services to staff,students, contractors and visitors incorporating good customer liaison skills and continuously endeavouring to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the University, its structure, personnel and practices.
