They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their vibrant team in Southgate, North London.
Our client established in 1997, specialising in the letting and management of an extensive property portfolio across greater London is looking for a highly organised individual to work as a Lettings Administrator within their lovely vibrant lettings team, you will be based in their busy Southgate branch.
The ideal candidate will be ARLA qualified with at least 3 year's experience taking responsibility for their own property portfolio, dealing with all Administration tasks ensuring these are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set.
Respond to emails promptly and maintain an organised filing system.
Promote a caring environment, ensuring each client receives care tailored to their individual needs.
