Our client is an Independent Agency that specialise in Lettings and Maintenance for over 2 decades. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their vibrant team in Southgate, North London.
The role of a Lettings Administrator involves taking responsibility for your designated property portfolio in dealing with general administration, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required standard, and within a timely manner.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Creating new Tenancies on Reapit software
- Drafting Tenancy agreements and supporting new move ins
- Inventories
- Registering deposits using TDS and DPS
- Tenancy Swaps / Tenancy Surrenders
- Undertaking tenancy renewals
- Re-referencing tenants when needed with Let Alliance and Goodlord
- Dealing with notice from tenants (Private Management & Guaranteed Rental properties)
- Serving Section 8 and Section 21 notices
- Check outs
- Deposit dilapidations
- Returning deposits
- RGI claims
- Compliance & Certification
- Utilities
- Property inspections
- Any Ad Hoc duties required occasionally
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator
- Experience of using Reapit CRM Software
- ARLA qualified preferred
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise workload and have a flexible approach
A Lettings Administrator is a key member of the company, supporting the lettings department and the team of directors. This position is office-based, with a working week of Monday to Friday and hours of 9am to 5:30pm.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000pa depending on experience
