Responsibilities

  • Audience Engagement: Build an engaged TikTok audience by creating relatable and shareable content.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and drives both engagement and sales.
  • Channel Growth: Lead the growth of our TikTok channel by increasing followers, engagement, and reach through trend-driven content.
  • Content Creation: Manage the end-to-end content creation process, ensuring all content is high-quality, engaging, and on-trend.
  • TikTok Shop Management: Optimize and manage our TikTok Shop, using e-commerce tools to drive conversions and sales directly through TikTok.
  • Collaborations & Influencers: Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators to enhance the brand's reach and credibility within the platform.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics, providing insights on video performance, audience growth, and shop sales. Adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and growing a successful TikTok channel (portfolio/examples required).
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's trends, algorithm, and e-commerce features.
  • Strong video production and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content.
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms.
  • Data-driven approach to content creation, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
