Production Manager: Our client is a West Yorkshire based manufacturer looking to appoint a Production Manager for their fast paced volume production site.
Managing around 50 people on shift at any one time the successful Production Manager will have previous experience of shift work and leading a team to meet daily KPI's, preferably in a time sensitive, lean focused, volume manufacturing environment (precision engineering, fabrication, plastic, glass, electronics etc)
Working in a 6-2, 2-10 rotation there may be occasional weekend work as overflow if production targets are not met by the shift.
