The Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-orientedBusiness Performance Coordinatorto support the Head of Business Performance in executing a business improvement programme. The primary responsibilities include supporting the development of strategic objectives, business plan deployment, and ensuring the achievement of targeted business performance. The role will involve facilitating key business improvement projects, such as transformation initiatives and developing tools and processes for analysing key business data to support decision-making.

This is a critical position that will support the Head of Business Performance in aligning the Senior Leadership Team's goals with the organisation's long-term objectives, focusing on continuous improvement in business processes, leadership behaviours, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Improvement:

  • Support the Head of Business Performance in identifying and prioritising key business improvement projects linked to the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Assist in delivering strategic transformation programmes to improve performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Develop tools and processes to analyse key business data, informing decision-making and governance.
  • Actively participate in monthly programme delivery and executive meetings, providing reports and analysis against agreed plans.

Performance and Collaboration:

  • Benchmark delivery schedules and ensure they meet the targets outlined in the business plan.
  • Foster productive collaborations between all departments, ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
  • Promote leadership values, behaviour setting, and employee development.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyse performance data and report any deviations from the business plan, suggesting corrective actions to realign goals.
  • Support business vision, mission branding, and the deployment of business plans.
  • Engage in monthly business performance reviews with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure adherence to the business improvement model.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting strategic business improvement projects.
  • Ability to develop and analyse key business data.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including MS Project and Excel.
