As an Operations Administrator you will be in contact with new and existing customers providing a first-class service in assisting them with queries and troubleshooting as well as liaising with engineers to book repairs, installations, and maintenance.
The main objective of the role will be dealing with the booking of service and installations calls for our engineers and customers across the UK.
As a result of doing a good job you will even receive a bonus which is paid on a monthly basis!
