Position Responsibilities
Manage and lead Goods inwards and transport team.
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse team including assembly and dispatch of customer orders and receipt of deliveries from suppliers.
To recruit, develop and improve the sales and margin performance of the regional Area Sales Manager team.
Support the Commercial Director to establish strategic opportunities for the business.
Establish new key customer relationships and help establish contractual supply agreements before passing sales responsibilities to the regional teams under structured arrangements.
Manage the marketing operations function by coordinating the delivery of best in class marketing operations structure, processes and insights.
