Operations Administrator Job Type: Temporary Ongoing, possibility of becoming permanent Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Location: Office Based We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our clients based in Eastleigh. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, particularly within the e-commerce industry or a B2C environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising shipments, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth operational flow. Day-to-day of the role: Organising shipments and processing orders efficiently. Handling stock transfers and processing refunds for online orders. Collaborating with the Customer Service team to assist with customer queries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 1 year of administrative experience. Experience in the e-commerce industry or in a B2C environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Confident, polite, and professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail.
