Our client (an Investment Management Firm within the City of London) are looking to for a Facilities Supervisor to join the team.
The Facilities Supervisor will assist with all office facilities management tasks and act as the deputy to the Facilities Manager when they are unavailable.
Administrative Duties
Ensure all facilities-related administration, filing, and spreadsheets are consistently updated.
This role is a dual-purpose role that seeks to ensure that our staff and contracted partners perform for the benefit of our residents and that our buildings perform to benefit of the environment, which then ultimately benefits our clients.
You will develop a high-performance supply chain for FM services, will ensure that we can deliver for our residents' day to day, respond quickly to emergencies and grow our portfolio sustainably.
You will be involved with new projects, ensuring the site team have the information they require to run efficiently from day one.
An established Managing Agent is seeking a Facilities Manager to work within their office in Zone 1-2 to support them with the facilities, PPM and Contract Adminstation across their portfolio.
The Role
Responsible for a portfolio of properties to ensure compliance with all H&S requirements and management agreement.
Carrying out regular monthly inspections of each property, completing the inspection on the App based system.
Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Regional Facilities Manager to cover a mixed portfolio of properties across Central London.
Whilst a large part of your time will be in Central London carrying out site inspections and based in our client's offices; our client are flexible, and you will have opportunities to work from home on occasions.

Your duties and responsibilities as a Senior Facilities Manager:
The Senior Facilities Manager is to support the management and provision of hard and soft facilities services including but not limited to compliance, hard and soft services, building maintenance, estate management, financial management of service charges and line management of the Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager and Facilities Co-Ordinator roles.
Your role as a Senior Facilities Manager is to support the FM delivery at a site in London and be on site 5 days per week.
The Facilities Manager works with the Head of Facilities and the Facilities Assistant to maintain and improve Chambers' buildings and ensure health and safety compliance.
General
Liaise with landlords, agents, professionals, and the City Council regarding premises matters.
