Facilities Manager

Our client is an established high end organisation who are looking for an Facilities Manager based in central London. This role will work with Head Office and other onsite staff

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the maintenance of the highest standards of the portfolio
  • Liaison with the residents to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Management of site staff
  • Management of Health & Safety compliance
  • Oversight of all contractors working on site
  • Liaison with all other relevant parties and stakeholders as required
  • All other duties as reasonably required for the smooth operation of the portfolio
  • Logging and reporting of any maintenance requirements or incidents

Experience, skills

  • Experience as a Facilities Manager within a commercial development
  • Demonstrated understanding of landlord and tenant legislation, Health & Safety at Work Act, employment law, and other applicable legislation
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to cope with pressure
