Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Architect / Lead Developer to join them ASAP on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for helping to design, implement, develop, build and debug products.
You will be knowledgeable in the appropriate technology stack and create designs that consider scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Joining this Professional Architectural Practice who specialise in residential development the successful candidate will be involved in various projects working for a number of national blue chip and regional house builders and local developers.
Applicants must possess excellent Autocad skills and knowledge of the current UK building regulations as essential.
HND/HNC standard with good construction knowledge for the production of working drawings with minimal supervision is essential.
Developing the stage 4 (RIBA F) design information into a fully co-ordinated and engineered 3D model which complies with the project specification and engineering principals.

The successful candidate will have extensive building services experience and should ideally be ONC/HNC qualified.
