Description
The key responsibilities will be -
- Using Auto-cad, Sketch-up and Visio to produce full 3D designs of the space area
- Produce Space plans working to a brief
- Prepare measure surveys
- Produce high quality presentations and tender returns
- Producing high quality UK Building Regulation and Working drawings
- Producing invoices
- Producing Quotations
Profile
The successful candidate will-
- Have a degree in Architecture or Part 1 Architectural assistant
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once
- Quick thinking and a practical problem solver
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised, assertive and down to earth
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Innovative and creative
- Fast learner
- Ability to work under pressure
