If you are successful in securing a board associate position you will go through a 2-year Programme which would include the following:
A comprehensive induction to the Group.
Our board diversity programme provides the opportunity for people who have the aspiration and behavioural attributes to become a non-executive but not necessarily all the skills, knowledge or experience to be successful in securing a position.
You will be required to work Monday - Friday 8.20am - 3.30 pm working within a pupil in Key Stage 4 on a 1-2-1 basis supporting the pupil within class.
The class is a maximum of 8 pupils in the class.
