Job Description: Veritas Education is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join a dynamic primary school in the Blackburn area. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to take on a Year 4 class starting in September 2024. This position is open to both Early Career Teachers and Experienced Teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to Year 4 students.
- Planning and implementing engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all students.
- Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student development and well-being.
- Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (open to both Early Career Teachers and Experienced Teachers).
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum for primary education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
- Ability to create a nurturing and motivating classroom environment.
