Duties
Accountable for delivering our Health & Social Care workshops which engages, motivates, and upskill learners.
Accountable for reminder communications to all learners attending your sessions.

Reporting to the Operations Managers, the Learning & Development Apprentice supports the Learning & Development team to design, deliver and evaluate effective business wide training.
What will your day look like
You will support in the design and creation of training materials as required, using content creating platforms such as Powerpoint and GoMo.
Manage a caseload of learners and employers ensuring timely achievements and progression.
The role is to provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Lean Manufacturing, Safety, Health and Environment Technician and Warehousing apprenticeship standards, both face to face and remotely.
Support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation.
