Journeycall, part of The ESP Group, deliver bespoke customer care solutions and are looking for a Learning and Development Apprentice to join their team.
Reporting to the Operations Managers, the Learning & Development Apprentice supports the Learning & Development team to design, deliver and evaluate effective business wide training.
What will your day look like?
- You will support in the design and creation of training materials as required, using content creating platforms such as Powerpoint and GoMo
- You'll assist the planning and coordination of training to ensure that campaigns are well supported and that employees are trained in accordance with business needs and expectations
- You will learn to be a systems expert on our Cloud Based Telephony platform, Genesys, to service or monitor customer contacts
- You will assist in training delivery with Office 365 Presentations, working to grow and maintain subject matter expertise of services and workstreams, with a view to becoming a subject matter expert
- You'll work with bespoke internal databases and software to support customer queries
- You will help with giving feedback, mentoring and coaching to colleagues ensuring this is done in a constructive, sensitive and efficient manner
- You'll take part in service delivery process across channels such as SharePoint, from initial invite to providing follow up feedback and remediation updates to the relevant parties
Required skills:
- You will have a polite and professional manner with a mature outlook
- National 5 qualifications in subjects such as English, Maths, Business, Admin & IT
- Computer literacy and the ability to use Microsoft
- Experience with interacting with people face to face, email or by phone
Salary:
£22,308 per annum
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexibility may be required)
