Trainer Coach (Apprenticeship Trainer) - Electrical

We are currently seeking a skilled Trainer Coach specialising in Electrical to join our apprenticeship team at the Rush Green Campus. This role is essential for delivering high-quality training and support to our apprentices, helping them achieve their educational and professional goals.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver comprehensive training and coaching to apprentices in electrical disciplines.
- Ensure apprentices are meeting their learning objectives and progressing in their courses.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to provide a dynamic learning environment.
- Monitor and assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the apprenticeship program.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Assessor qualification at Level 3.
- Experience in electrical training or related fields.
- Educational experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with apprentices and motivate them towards success.
