A thriving SME business is looking to appoint a Commercial Analyst into a newly created position created on the back of its growth momentum.
Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will be leading the implementation of Power BI and building out the dashboard reporting for 2 legal entities.
This position presents a significant opportunity to lead the implementation of Power BI within this organisation, followed by the development of dashboard reporting for budget holders, the senior leadership team, and relevant stakeholders.
This position requires a diligent and detail orientated Reward Analyst who will be responsible for the analytical support on reward initiatives such as bonuses, pay reviews and supporting the reward cycle with job evaluation, maintenance of grade architecture and pay scales.
The successful candidate will also be required to translate large volumes of data into actionable summaries which will then be used in the Reward process.
