Key responsibilities for this Sales & Production Executive role include: Reporting into the Key Account Manager, being the first point of contact for retailer accounts and swiftly resolving any queries Creating trade customer quotes and raising sales orders Tracking stock and deliveries, ensuring all projects are on-track and in line with agreed dates, flagging any issues with the relevant teams as needed, and updating project schedules Working closely with the account coordinators across requests from retail customers Raising specifications for customers, checking any supplier manuals, and communicating packaging and logistical requirements to the wider team Handling sample dispatches to retailers for sign off Having a curious mindset - taking the initiative, working independently, and looking at ways to improve and streamline processes and ways to improve service to customers Weekly sales and forecasting reports Experience & skills required for this Sales Administrator role: 3 years customer service experience within a B2B / trade sales environment A background within a consumer products industry an advantage, but not essential Strong communication skills, with the ability to form excellent working relationships both internally and externally, domestic and oversees Flexible, driven and highly organised Brilliant multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Experience handling a variety of administrative tasks, and a detail oriented nature Proactive person, who thrives in a fast-paced role and busy working environment Solid Microsoft Office skills A flexible approach with a positive outlook, and a team player! - Must drive & have access to a car due to office location -
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join an established data, metering and net zero company within the energy sector. As the Strategic Account Manager, you will managing key energy supplier accounts. You will be building relationship to maximise opportunities as well as trying to acquire new ones. You will also identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and help to increase revenue. In this role you will effectively oversee accounts to ensure their profitability, implement strategies aimed at revenue growth, cultivate strong client relationships, and undertake financial management of accounts. To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience in either a metering/data services firm or with an energy supplier, experience managing energy supplier accounts, and have proven experience in successfully growing existing accounts and onboarding new clients.
