As a Letting Manager / Business Development Manager, you will support and enhance the Letting Team's performance, contribute to business growth, and ensure high standards of service across the region.
You will be responsible for
Drive new market appraisals and promote the full range of services offered.
Initial Training and Onboarding: The first 1 month will be conducted in-person at our office to facilitate effective training and integration into our team.
Hybrid Working: Following the initial training period, employees will be required to work from the office 3 days a week.
This allows for collaboration, team meetings, and access to resources, while also offering the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days.
