Purpose of the Role
This role involves managing and processing all incoming leads and queries related to the service and repair of customers' vehicles through various channels such as telephone, website, and other digital formats.
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager for a successful and reputable franchised dealership based in Cambridgeshire.
This is a big aftersales role and requires a candidate with the requisite character and experience to take it on.
You will be managing a knowledgeable and skilled team (productive and non-productive) to deliver and maintain the extraordinarily high standard of customer care associated with this reputable brand.
