The role is that of Aftersales Adviser to join a busy team of 3 who are key to the business. You will great interpersonal skills, be able to calmly diffuse any difficult situations - resiliance, and a can do attitude.
After Sales Adviser Job Description
- Inspecting and testing of warranty claims
- Providing feedback on warranty claims to retailers and end customers by email and phone
- Negotiation to agree resolutions to issues outside of standard warranty claims
- Organisation of repairs and re-soles in line with policy
- Accurately record and report returns on the internal database
- Process returns via the ERP system
- Analysis of and reporting of warranty claims to the Management team and suppliers
After Sales Adviser Person Spec
- Must enjoy extensive daily customer contact
- Will have experience in retail / customer service and ideally the sports / outdoor activity sector
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service with a stable employment history
- Confident in the use of M S Office including Excel
- Passion for outdoor activities / sport
- Able to remain calm under pressure when dealing with complaints / difficult customers
- Must be physically fit - the job demands being on your feet most of the day with some manual handling
