Aftersales Manager (Aircraft Products)
Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone
Salary: Minimum £35k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Working Hours: 41.5 hours
The Client:
Our client is a well-established engineering firm, manufactures a diverse range of products, such as hi-lifts and aircraft maintenance equipment.
The Role:
As an Aftersales Manager reporting to the Head of Customer Care & Aftercare, you will oversee the entire global customer care and support function.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Customer Care team, setting high standards for service and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align customer care goals with the company's strategic objectives.
- Manage customer accounts and service issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, product feedback, and seamless customer experience integration.
- Develop and implement training programmes and manage the Salesforce CRM platform for effective technical support and warranty tracking.
- Foster strong relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers to support the company's vision and values.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental policies within the team, promoting a safety-first culture.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as an Aftersales Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer care role.
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Higher Education Degree in a technical discipline.
- Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, OneDrive, and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
