Reporting into the Head of Business you will be responsible for managing the aftersales department which includes a team of Technicians, Workshop Control, Parts and front of house Service Advisor team across a split site workshop.

You will be overseeing a large department with 16 productive staff, 4 on service reception, 12 in the workshop and 2 in the parts department plus drivers.
