Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Risk Analyst to manage the underwriting and expert evaluation of lending across multiple business channels.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our credit processes, working in line with domestic and central risk policies.
As a Service Advisor you will be dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of staff to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
Additionally, prioritize personal development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
To improve profitability, focus on promoting products and services, implementing service promotions, and cultivating business relationships, while ensuring accurate invoicing, job costing, and thorough handling of bookings.
To advise and represent individual members and or/groups of members in relation to terms and conditions of employment and in respect to problems at work.
This will include representation and organising in the private and community sector and in education settings, across a wide range of employers.
Job purpose
15 hours per week CIPD QUALIFIED OR HR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS EXPERIENCE.
