You'll need to be a confident communicator, keen to help resolve problems through positive customer service and able to multi-task especially during busy periods.
Working as part of a busy customer service team, you'll be provided with all the training you need to "jump on" the phones, and help house owners and tenants, commercial landlords and industrial property owners and developers, with a range of queries and updates on repairs that are being / need to be carried out on their properties.
The Role
Each call will require you to take down details of the specific situation, updating the system accordingly.
