We are looking for an outstanding relationship builder, with the knowledge of how to inspire exceptional performance and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike. Leading and managing the development and implementation of the curriculum and education programmes through the process of continuous improvements and champion the Company's ethos.
We are a specialist further education college for learners aged 16-25 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and a range of associated conditions. Aspris College North Wales delivers in-house bespoke educational and therapeutic packages and supports young people to access education, independence, and communication skills in a mainstream college environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting young people who may have autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD and associated complex needs along with the following characteristics:

Organisation – Organisation is key to ensure the safe management of both employees and resources as well as leading and directing staff through inspection processes.
