Here at Aspris, we are proud to be a leading provider of specialist education services with over 30 schools nationwide. We are recruiting for a College Principal at Aspris Coleg North Wales. We are looking for an outstanding relationship builder, with the knowledge of how to inspire exceptional performance and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike. Leading and managing the development and implementation of the curriculum and education programmes through the process of continuous improvements and champion the Company's ethos.

We are a specialist further education college for learners aged 16-25 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and a range of associated conditions. Aspris College North Wales delivers in-house bespoke educational and therapeutic packages and supports young people to access education, independence, and communication skills in a mainstream college environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting young people who may have autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD and associated complex needs along with the following characteristics:

Resilience – We support some of the most vulnerable children in society who have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties so there will be times where your resilience is challenged.

Communication – Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Positive working relationships, good teamwork and communication plays a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.

Organisation – Organisation is key to ensure the safe management of both employees and resources as well as leading and directing staff through inspection processes.

Caring – Our young people require the best care we can offer. If you are a naturally caring and compassionate person, this is the role for you.

Attentive – No two tasks will be the same so being attentive to understand the needs of the young people we support is vital.
