A CIPD qualification or part qualification would be sought as well as some knowledge of a HR system ideally ORACLE.
The roles are varied and require knowledge of working within a large HR team to recognised SLA's.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee relations cases, providing expert advice, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Partnership: Act as a key operational partner for the business and HR Business Partners, providing guidance to employee and manager questions related to policies, HR practices, and coordination with HR Operations.
To advise and represent individual members and or/groups of members in relation to terms and conditions of employment and in respect to problems at work.
This will include representation and organising in the private and community sector and in education settings, across a wide range of employers.
