Our client who are based in the South West London are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to bring their Employee Relations expertise to the team for this temporary assignment that will be office based.

Managing Employee relations cases that come thought the HR team.
Well established membership body requires a professional and diligent HR Advisor for a 4 month temporary position to start immediately.
Purpose of the role is to provide full learning and development and performance management support, lead on recognition scheme and corporate induction events.
The Employee Relations (ER) Advisor will provide first line HR advice and support to employees and managers and will be the first point of contact for providing efficient, responsive and reliable advice for all general HR enquires.
The post holder will be required to identify, action, and follow up on queries of an internal and external nature-requiring expertise, knowledge and analysis of any problem and knowing when to escalate to the Senior ER Advisors.
The post holder will have complete autonomy for managing their own time and diary commitments and lead on the management of complex sickness related absence cases for the organisation.
