Working in our Travel department, with opportunities for cross-training in Motor Breakdown, Home Emergency, and Medical Assistance. A vital role within our operations department, our Customer Service Advisors handle inbound calls from insurance policy holders who need to make a claim. They provide comprehensive support to customers with a diverse range of needs. Key Details Assignment duration: 4 months Location: Redhill, Surrey Based: Hybrid 2 days per week in the office Training: 1 week onsite Hourly pay rate: £12 PAYE Working days: Monday to Friday Hours per week: 35 hours per week Start date: ASAP Training will be full time for the first 4-5 weeks What is the purpose of the role? Provide expert support to customers through handling inbound calls, resolving queries, and coordinating with approved suppliers to deliver effective solutions. What does a day in the life of a Customer Service Advisor look like? As a Customer service, you'll be the first person the customers contact - both consumers and businesses, so you'll make a great first impression by reviewing their enquiry and explaining what the Service can do to help or referring customers to a different organisation who may be able to help. This involves making and receiving phone calls, handling written correspondence, and accurately updating the case handling systems. What you'll need to do within this role?
